For instance, we use open-pan preserving to achieve a truly traditional taste and consistency with our chutneys, relishes and condiments. It’s not the easiest way, but we believe it’s the best.

Then we cook up a modern Italian inspired twist on a classic English mint sauce by adding balsamic vinegar - believe us, the effect is delicious.
