Recipes > Quick Tuna with a kick

Drain 260gm of tuna in brine, chop small onion, add hot chilli relish to taste and gently fold together. Sprinkle with flour to bind, shape into small disc and chill (30mins), dust with flour on both sides and pan fry until golden and serve.
Decorate edge of plate with dots of relish for that added "kick".
