Ingredients:
Two fillets of salmon, creme fraiche, half an onion, medium sized. One tablespoon of butter and two teaspoons of Very Lazy Garlic, some tarragon and some lemon juice.

Method:

Cube the salmon into decent sized chunks. Roll the salmon into the tarragon and set aside. Over a medium heat, heat the butter and Very Lazy Garlic. Heat until fizzing wildly then add the onion, saute until softened. Add in the salmon chunks and cook until opaque. Add the creme fraiche, season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for 5 minutes and then prior to serving add a generous dash of lemon juice and served with seasoned vegetables.
