EPC and Me > Spice up your packed lunches

I love tarting up boring sandwiches with different condiments. My current favourite is a mild cheese salad sandwich spiced up with some Hot Chilli Relish, a lot goes a long way!.Another favourite is leftover roast turkey sandwiches with Aioli Flame roasted garlic sauce.
The condiments are so versatile it seems a shame to reserve them for hot meals.

I have never really tried Aioli in the UK, I know it's big in Spain - going to have to give it a whirl...How versatile is it? Any tips for Aioli?

I love aioli. Think its traditionally paired with fish especially fish stews but I like it with chips!! Try adding a dab to a BLT instead of mayo for a garlicky tang.
