EPC and Me > Roast Dinners on a Sunday
I enjoy a roast dinner with all the trimmings on a Sunday afternoon especially on winter's day like today. My favourite roast is when I'm at my parents as they always buy meat from the local butcher. He knows exactly where the meat has come from and on one occassion, this included the cow in the field behind my parents house. You must have freshly grated horseradish with beef. This really adds a "bite" to the flavour of the beef and its a match made in heaven. Filling up the Yorkshire puddings with gravey is also a must with a twist of ground pepper.
